High-performance, durable sound isolation underlayment made from post-consumer recycled rubber for use under hard surface floor coverings. ARDEX DS 70 delivers dual protection by providing excellent sound reduction and crack isolation. Light Commercial through Extra Heavy Commercial ratings(ASTM Robinson Test).

• Crack isolation protection (up to 1/8” / 3 mm)
• Set tile and stone directly onto ARDEX DS 70 per ASTM C627
• Environmentally friendly; made from 92% recycled rubber
• Fast and easy installation using ARDEX AF 207TM pre-mixed adhesive
